Child reduction of 50% for children aged 2 to 5 years and 30% for children aged 6 to 12 years when sharing the room with their parents.
The holiday apartments in “Haus Schiefer” must, without exception, be paid in cash with no deductions in the apartment building itself.
The anticipated visitors’ tax for the 2026/2027 winter season is € 5,– (may be subject to change).

Visitors’ tax for the summer 2026 season is € 5,– per person, per night.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the accommodation you have booked. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before arrival, we will charge 70% of the accommodation you have booked. If you cancel between 7 days and 0 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the accommodation you have booked.
All rooms are furnished in traditional Alpine style and dispose of ensuite bathrooms with shower / toilet. Furthermore satellite TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, phone and free WIFI complement the comfort of our rooms. Most of the rooms also have sunny balconies facing south-west. Not only if you are tired from a long hiking tour, will you appreciate the elevator leading to the guest rooms.
